Shipping policy

At Jackie Hird Photography, I take care to prepare and ship your order as promptly as possible.

Order Processing

I aim to ship in-stock items within one business day of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed the next business day.

Pre-Orders

Items available for pre-order, including the 2027 St. Augustine Calendar, will ship once they become available. Any estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available, so you can follow its journey.
